Pros
Great range of working areas so you get to experience on how to work at bars, make coffees and serve food and beverages. You learn new skills on how to deal and handle with very busy crowds and organising stock.
Cons
Sometimes there's not much work to do when the outlet is quiet and it can get poorly organised with some staff who are not sure what they are doing in the outlet especially when they don't receive proper training (for example in coffee-making, preparing the food or serving the alcohol beverages ).
