Pros

- Good, hardworking people. That is basically the only thing I can list in this section.

Cons

- Terrible hourly pay. - Expect you to work as if you have ten clones with aforementioned terrible pay. - Managers and supervisors have unreasonable and unrealistic expectations and demands. - Understandably high turnover rate. - No one is properly trained to do their job (including managers and supervisors).

I used to have but now only hv bad memory which i had gone through last year.i was very Loyal n Honest staff of DNC and for that i got reward ,i spoil by back n my manager treat me very badly n in the end i hv to give up that job. The only thing management told tht We will gv tht manager more manegment training.......................n i got depromot to from Team Leader to Box waitress

As a company DNC is good but fact is big fish eat small fish the same thing happen .

The people I worked with and friendships made carried on outside of the work environment. The interaction with customers constantly took place and always kept the job fun and interesting.

Cons

With so many employees and working at such a large venue it was difficult to advance within the company. Overall, a great experience though.
