Get to see some parts of events and the tips are decent.

Cons

You work out in the cold and need to bundle up. You don't always work with the same people so it can lead to disorganized team.

Weekly pay. Relationships with hourly coworkers.

Cons

The two upper managers are total narcissists that do not know how each individual department is ran. They do not care about the employees performing the actual jobs, which are EXTREMELY labor intensive. Tools to complete tasks are old and halfway broken down. On the job injuries are intentionally mis-managed with the WC administrator. Every possible shortcut is taken, placing you in extremely vulnerable positions, leaving you utterly reliant on that weekly pay, which is also many many levels lower than the pay in other units across the country. They bar and prevent the right people from promotion and make the workplace so toxic that it is impossible to stay there.
