The working hours are nice.

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Management is disorganized, dishonest and gaslights. It is almost impossible to collaborate with other departments because everyone is on a power trip.The gossiping is out of hand, it is shocking to see how wildly unethical this school, its policies and management is. I have never been disrespected, discriminated and bullied as bad as this place. Please stay away!
