      Way too many duties and expectations with no balance for the Assistant Store Mgr., such as myself

      Shift I have is excellent. Very diversified position, which is what I enjoy

      Cons

      No balance, can't necessarily take time off when you want to. Executive in my district talks down to people, not comfortable. No matter what you do, it's never enough.
