Super exciting science, a culture that really shines

Pros

- amazing science and machine learning research - building a healthcare product that is high performing and accessible for "normal" people to be able to afford - people who demonstrate the culture every day in the way that they treat each other, think about patients, and get excited about biology and AI - team members who don't make you feel bad if you make a mistake. You aren't afraid to ask for help - flexible work structure -- can work remote or in the office (two locations)

Pros

Delfi is a breath of fresh air in more ways than one. Our culture is unique and is fostered by the leadership team. It is curated through collaborative and cross-functional meetings where all perspectives are heard and thoughtfully decided upon. Delfi has so much established for being a start-up and is setting up itself and our employees for a successful future.

Cons

Remote work will continue even after the effects of Covid have died down. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it gives flexibility and connectivity across time zones. It may add to communication delays or collaboration breakdowns and culture inconsistencies.

Pros

People is what brought me to Delfi -- I had previously worked with someone on the leadership team and consulted part time with the company for more than a year before deciding to join full time. In that period I got to know more of the team and was really impressed with how thoughtful, smart, and sincere everyone I interacted with was. I'm very new as. full-time member of the team but that thread has been pulled through so far.
