Pros

- Inclusive environment where feedback is solicited and everyone has a seat at the table - Fantastic benefits (medical benefits paid for by Delfi and HSA covers deductible), flexible time off and work/life balance is discussed and feels like you actually have it - Leadership team is diverse with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience

Cons

This isn't a con, but working for a start-up requires the ability to think critically and outside the box sometimes; working for a start-up allows you to learn how a company operates rather than just how they make a product
