Pros
Advancement opportunities, 90 % of co workers and managers were really great. One of the nicest companies in terms of culture that I worked for. Last was there in 2012, so I sure many things have changed.

Really had a culture of rising through the ranks from being a bagger when you were in high school.- which I respect, but I saw too many mid-level managers that maybe really were given deference because they started as grocery baggers, not because they were the best qualified person for the job.
