Awesome company to work for led by a group of inspiring, knowledgeable leaders, especially across the Supply Chain Sr. Leadership team. Overall, Delicato has a great culture focused on ensuring team members have the opportunity to learn, grow and are empowered to make decisions in a collaborative and positive way. I would highly recommend working for Delicato especially within Supply Chain if given the opportunity.

Cons

Departments can be a bit siloed which can affect company policy and muddy communication and decision making at times.
