Pros

Company is experiencing growth in a very tough market. On a personal level, the workplace culture is friendly, warm, supportive, and engaging. The Napa office has regular fun employee gatherings and employees seem to appreciate it. Professionally, we are encouraged to take initiative and bring forth new ideas while also seeing mistakes as learning opportunities. Very good work/life balance. Expanded and refreshed L&D offerings have rejuvenated the company learning paths.

Cons

At times it feels like departments are stretched to cover the increasing work that comes with healthy company growth. Many departments are stuck in a rut when it comes to lacking career paths for employees. We need more creative solutions.
