Great global exposure and strong team culture, but limited salary growth
Pros
It has truly been a pleasure working at Deliverect. The company genuinely feels global, with a strong culture and a lot of diversity across teams and regions. Working with an international team gave me immense exposure to different products, markets, and ways of thinking. The work-life balance is genuinely great. There is flexibility and understanding from management, which makes it easier to maintain personal well-being while delivering strong results. My team members were incredibly supportive and helped me adapt quickly to the role. At least within my team, there was little to no internal politics. Knowledge sharing was transparent, and collaboration was encouraged, which made it easier to grow professionally and feel valued.
Cons
One downside is that salary increments after joining tend to be minimal, especially now that the company has grown significantly. Career progression can also be challenging, as moving to the next level requires strong performance and patience due to the company’s size and structure.
