I’ve been at Delkor Systems for a year and it’s a great place to work for several reasons; good people, strong company and great leadership to navigate the fast-paced growth Delkor is experiencing. Management is thoughtful and proactive toward the challenges and opportunities of growth. They listen to their 200+ employees who are appreciated, valued and known - I’m certain the owners know every employee by name. Also, during this Covid19 crisis poignant communications have been issued on a regular basis letting employees know how changing policies are impacting the company and individuals. The updates have been reassuring and have provided needed guidance in these strange times. Delkor is a great place to work and with this kind of leadership it's certain there is a bright future ahead. Come join us!
