Business Outlook
Pros
Great people, competitive pay, really cool machines, growing sales and growth of the company. There are some really talented employees that care very much about the future of the company - many of these people have worked a majority of their lives at Delkor. Nearly everyone I worked with wanted to do a good job and worked to build relationships across the company.
Cons
Fear-based culture that is fostered from the top down. Senior leadership is chaotic and is struggling to guide Delkor through its massive growth. CEO doesn’t look for the cause of a problem to fix, but rather for someone to blame which has fostered a company where people focus more time on trying to deflect his attention than to solving business problems and innovating.
