      Huge company with opportunities to grow and work with other teams

      Cons

      The multiple time zones and countries meant a lot of night or early morning calls. Also layoffs were and are pretty regular.

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with and my direct managers were great. Pay & benefits were also pretty good.

      Cons

      Culture has been in a nosedive for the past few years with the constant layoffs. It seems like Dell has stopped caring about its employees and all decisions made by the C-suite are purely made to increase the stock price.

      - You receive experience in both a company department as well as a dynamic mixture of training courses, presentation skills, excel trainings etc. - The workspace possess a lot of subsidiary activities and areas that can be explored, gaming room, gym, cafeterias. - Volunteering activities as well as many activities occurring on a monthly basis for all interests. - Many different types of tournaments with diff prizes and for diff interests.

      Cons

      - The responsibilities and tasks, depending in which department you get assigned, may be underwhelming or at times overwhelming and regardless of where you get placed the same outcome and effort will be expected of you and these external factors won't be considered. - Low amount of internationals within the FGP group/program. - Salary could definitely be higher.
