Work wise they use all latest technologies. Work life balance depends on the team you are working with. Better to be part of WFR in Dell as they take care of their loyal employees.

Cons

Very nasty at firing employees every year. Being contractor is sometimes safe due to this. They mainly use PCF for cloud which is not being used in market a lot. So be prepared to learn Azure/AWS on your own, to be market relevant.
