- Good work life balance - Excellent colleagues working alongside me - Excellent opportunity for training - Good PTO and vacation time off

- Favoritism from management (they had their "guys" that they promoted and protected) - My immediate manager was excellent but his peer was terrible and you had to deal with both equally. - Management cared more about "the numbers than their employees as people.
