Salary and growth. Typical in a large organisation, standing out based on your performance alone will not get you very far. Navigating through politics and the occasional showboating required.

Tell Dell sometimes doesnt address issues such as manager not being considerate and sending you emails or even indirectly having others call you for work post work hours or holidays
