      Pros

      Well,if you want to have a relaxed life with no considerations and no ambitions Dell is the place to go for Dell.They have a good work from home system and leaves are easy to get.

      Cons

      The teams are lazy and they have a huge work from home system.However the pay is less and there is no onsite.Further,the management is too much into internal politics and does not care about the work being done.
