      Medical benefits 401K match Most holidays celebrated Coworkers the good ones always leave out of frustration Many locations around the world

      Cons

      Women not reconized for promotions or upper management Llittle or no communcation from Management to employees (that atctually do the work) Demand high performance but no rewards when met. Bonus stucture changes quarterly. No face to face performance reviews, only emails

      The pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      When they decide to give you reviews on any level higher than agent, you will totally be blindsided because you will be lucky to get a review or talk to you manager about your performance more than once a quarter.

      The people, Team you work with get you through and are supportive, friendly environment Dynamic week, get to work with different kinds of people

      Cons

      No Progression, no pay rise, benefits are basic, Management do not really acknowledge you unless you are good looking are in a managerial role.
