Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and do more; very smart team members in marketing. Fantastic flexibility to work remote or in the office.

Cons

Matrixed organizations make getting work done a challenge at time. Can be a challenge to get work done in such a large organization.

Pros

Good and flexible hours. Time off is good. Work life balance

Cons

Effective July 1st 2015 there is now a 24 months in current job requirement before you can apply for another job if your Associate thru Analyst level. This was 12 months before. If you're a Senior Analyst - Sr Consultant, you now have to be in your job 24 months before you can apply for another job, up from 18 months. The worst change however, is an unpublished HR policy that states no upward grade changes unless you've been your current grade for 3 years. If you just got hired as an Associate - Analyst level, you went from thinking 12 months to move up, to now 36 months . What a joke!!

Pros

Ability to work remotely; high school environment; extremely clickish; your boss is completely uninvolved in your career path

Cons

To many chiefs and not enough Indians; your boss will stab you in the back during review time if you are not in the "click"; don't count on your boss to provide direction, it is up to you to figure out what you need and should be doing; choose wisely because, otherwise you will get screwed on your review and be told it "you need to gain credibility here to increase your rating" Great chess game, no way you can win if you are not accepted by the "click"; skill set does not matter as much as ability to play politics.
