      the people I have worked with directly have all been great

      Cons

      They decided to get rid of remote work just to incentivize people to quit. Morale is incredibly low right now throughout the company. They have had a hiring freeze for over a year now, and constant threats of layoffs. A round of layoffs happens every quarter, with no end in sight. They have always lagged behind in pay because the C-suite refuses to invest the requisite money to bring people up. Very slow to have any career progression

      Literally nothing I said nothing

      Cons

      Dell HR is is not complying to their words. Hired as remote and now asking them to come to office or saying that will be terminated or no career advancement if not meeting the RTO guidelines.

      Great at following market leaders by 3-5 years

      Cons

      Policy and strategy of company leaders results in declining revenue and market share. Informed all employees Dell was a remote first employer only to backtrack and remove job movement or promotion unless you are onsite Stagnant leadership team making same mistakes with each new technology leap: wait until market is well established and try to play catch up with minimal investment and non-competitive products
