Good flexi benefits with annual benefits on dental $500, annual health checkup $400 though annual leave could be more, currently 15 days for my position and additional 1 day for every year of service. Colleagues are smart and motivated and experienced who are willing to help you when in need. Flexible office and WFH arrangement. Minimal micro management, you have alot of independence.
Cons
Lack of systemic control on processes, heavily reliant on who you are working with and most approvals are done through email or meetings. Too many layers of reportings, your boss, your boss's boss resulting in multiple rounds of reviews. Alot of reporting slides to do and environment favours people who can speak well. Workforce reduction pretty frequent May expect late night calls
