Unethical Business Practice Abusive of H1B program. Under profile H1b candidates as and file immigration in lower category , so they are bonded labor, low paying , no raise or promotion, highly corrupt environment, treats customer facing employees as escort service to go and bring revenues and harass H1B candidates as layoff and not to quit job, since they will report to immigration as emplyee layed of conduct so they cannot be hired by other company , does not allow employee to be trained due to revenue pressure, projeact management and resource says all total false information to sell resumes for project implementation and high billing per hour based when compared to other company who charge very less

I'm a Legacy EMC employee for over 10 years, and I absolutely loved our company. Ever since Dell acquired our company it's been nothing but down sizing and financial constraints. They are ruining our once great company, and I expect most of what was EMC will be gone within the next few years. Ruining lives, and wasting money. That's Dell's motto.
