      Pros

      I absolutely love the residents and the things that we coordinate with activities.

      Cons

      The administration and work environment is toxic, I have never been at a job where I feel as if I walk on eggshells and try to be someone I am not. Also, I find myself doing things that aren't within my job/being pushed to do a lot of things I cannot handle.
