You get to learn from the best professionals in the industry. In a developing country such as Guatemala you get to be aware of the many changes in the legislation that affect general firms. Definitely working for Deloitte will give your resumé a competitive advantage over the majority of people in the industry.

Cons

As a multinational you find yourself surrounded by burocratic procedures that keep you busy alongside your normal duties. Of course you "get the opportunity to form a career" but you constantly see that you are re-placable so that puts a lot of pressure over your shoulders.
