Good Office Environment. Seniors open to talk to you and are always available. Good work life balance if you dont lick ass.

Cons

Seniors are available to talk but can not do anything for you. Lot of ass licking required to succeed with in Deloitte. They dont care about your development work. Coz they think only getting a project is actual work but devlopment is not. Lot of non technical people as seniors . this might be one reason for that. They will force you to learn different non technical things even if you aspire to be Architect from technical side and if you say no, you are not performing well because they dont understand technical side.
