Pros

Great work culture. Your work and efforts will be recognized. Supportive and inclusive team environment. Flexible at providing leaves. It lets you grow in your career. No micro-management. Had great work-life balance.

Cons

Except few teams who does micro-management, not all. I didn't find great cons those are to be brought to notice. No work-life balance for Taxation department.

Deloitte pays less but the work life balance is amazing. I just have to tell my manager that I have to take a pto and they will approve.

Cons

Less payscale. Roles here are restricted to only company. you will not find these profiles outside.
