Pros

Pay above market Unheard of benefits package Genuinely friendly and often brilliant colleagues Wonderful work culture and resources.

Cons

Work pace can be unrelenting, everything is due the day before yesterday. Senior middle-management is sometimes out of touch with what is going on, on the ground, as they seek to serve the Partnership. Work environment is very much a constantly measured meritocracy. Be on your toes and at top performance. Always.
