Solid first job out of college - great exposure to Big 4.
Pros
Deloitte was a high profile name to put on the resume as my first job post college. It was a well developed, professional company that set the bar for how businesses should run. The culture was fantastic. I like the fact that they had a Women's Initiative group to work through inequality in the workplace. As a female starting my career, this helped prepare me for some challenges I might face. Overall, I loved working for Deloitte.
Cons
There were two challenges - first, the aggressive travelling loses it's excitement after a year. Second, a job title could only be gained based on college GPA and other work experience did not matter. For example, a person with a 3.8 GPA with zero job experience would get a better position than a person that had a 3.6 GPA but worked full time during school.
