      Pros

      Flexibility on where you work and how you work Lots of different teams in departments, you can move around in Lots of perks ie team socials, to help with feeling connected

      Cons

      Pay is average Bonuses are low Promotions are very vague in how they do them (sometimes the strongest performers don’t get promoted and the loudest ones do) Really long hours
