Business Outlook
Pros
- very relaxed WFH/ in-office arrangement: completely up to you what you choose to do - left to manage your own workload and career progression: not micro managed like at other BIG4 firms - career goals are considered when aligning you to projects - a lot of additional learning opportunities with fully funded professional certifications - very social team who genuinely look out for one another
Cons
- hard to progress (at least quickly): very rigid '2 years in grade before promotion' policy and even then, there is an element of having 'to play the game' and tick the boxes with ways you have supported the firm (on and off project) as well as making sure you are known by the right people
