      Pros

      Pay and Benefits are market-leading. Work is varied and interesting - new clients every 6 months or so has been my experience. Tons of resources to support staff.

      Cons

      Expectations for staff are to work 45 - 50 hours per week or more. 40 billable and then more on top to contribute internally. Networking plays a key role in career trajectory. Know what you are signing up for.

      Decent pay, wfh 3 days a week

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, middle management roles will exhaust you, working in tech will result in issues with functional team members not understanding scoping sprints, results in ever changing requirements so "sprint" is an idea of planned work but what you do is 5x more than the sprint
