      The last form of slavery in the US.

      Nice bonus and admin services. Hire freshers and also process H1B.

      Cons

      Deloitte is the last form of slavery in the US. This is where many young people begin careers and work 115 hours a week until they either quit or die from exhaustion. Day starts at early 9 AM but you never know when it will end. You will be forced to work at least 12 hours every day and still you will have to report 8 hours only in time sheets. Most poor project management I have seen at Deloitte in my whole career and this is not the story of one or two projects almost all the technology projects are like that. Almost every employee is on immigration so they can not raise a voice against Senior management.

      Deloitte's Workday practice - not my cup of tea

      Pros

      Big, sizable practice, mostly the result of purchasing smaller boutique. Lots of people who know Workday. Some are smart, talented, and could be your friends.

      Cons

      You'll go out of your way and work on the weekends to help project succeed, but your managers will threaten you that your job is on the line if things don't get done. That manager is still practicing and doing well at Deloitte. Work in fear was common. The actions of one of the most senior principles don't align with his words. Behind scenes, stress/money/time will change any promises made. Publicly you'll hear one thing, but wait until there is difficult situation, and you might experience very different things. When you loose trust and respect of leaders, it is time to move on.
