Work Environment and Work Culture is amazing. Learning and Development is enhanced in it's own way. Good opportunities for someone who just started their career. Leadership at a higher level is fair and supportive.

Cons

Every process within the organization has it's own flaws. If the process deals with Healthcare it is more of a call center. Immediate Manager can turn your life around though the myth, ratings depend on discussions with counselors and other managers. Choose the most suitable profile before getting started.
