Pros
1) Awesome Culture - No hierarchy - Flat Culture because of Partner Owned Company 2) Delivering Excellence at each work 3) Very Good Perks at Onsite 4) Less Designations - Clear cut expectations - Either do Sales or Manage the Project
Cons
1) Most of Projects are with tight deadlines, because Deloitte competes at this portion - Bidding projects at half of time of Indian IT Vendors, with excellence.. 2) No great tools for managers to manage the project. 3) If we don't have network in the company, we will left over in the race.
