Pros
Flexibility and focus on getting the job done, rather than how it gets done is at the core of Deloitte's philosophy. Once you work this way, you will never be able to go back to having a regular job.
Cons
As a Big Four auditing firm that is regulated, there is bureaucracy that you just have to live with. If you like doing a lot of investing,the independence rules of the profession will bother you. If you can live with this, you will enjoy just about everything else.
