      Pros

      - Deloitte is a kind of company where you can think about your career till retirement. - Good Salary package specially from Manager level - High level Leadership is good - Diversified & Collaborative culture - L&D is very good - Flexible Work option - Best place for Women employee

      Cons

      - Everything is consensus driven, so it takes lot of time to come up to any strategic decision. - Getting bureaucratic (Specially India Office operation) - Mid level Management need to get mature. They got promotion ahead of their time. - India operation need to be more transparent.

      Pros

      Office politics is minimal as compared to other banks/financial institution since promotion is somewhat not difficult during the first few years. There are people around to guide you (Seniors or managers)

      Cons

      KPI of partners and even managers lies in the recovery of the engagement. In order to hit a certain percentage of recovery, the team do not charge billable hours as per what it is. Situations whereby managers/partners would hint or blatantly tell you in the face to "fix" or lower your time charged is very common. In some cases, associates/seniors sign as unassigned while working on engagements. Because people do not charge accordingly, management has the opinion that employees are idle and should be taking up more engagements to boost their billable hours, thereby double/triple decking on engagements at any one time.
