      Interesting place for a graduate to start, but not best place to get fast tracked progression

      -International training programs (e.g. starter training with other EU offices) -Professional environment (e.g. support functions well organised) -Structured career path (e.g. regular performance review, mentoring program)

      Cons

      -Best performers formally recognised in performance system but not rewarded accordingly (e.g. both at salary and job content level) -Client needs not core concern of the company, very Deloitte-centric in the way they operate

      Difficult start, pleasant, leveled off after outsourcing ended and became overwhelming and more demanding, working more.

      Pros

      Work Life Balance, Benefits and Salary are ok.

      Cons

      Promoting Managers that are not management material. Allowing processes and procedures that are not base on the Firm policies and procedures that works. Honesty and Integrity are not being demonstrated with BP employees and Legacy Deloitte employees are not standing up for righteousness.

      + The firm is organized as a network, and some would say it's less of a "corporate command & control" structure like some of its competitors. + Great opportunity to build talent within fast growing teams.

      Cons

      - The long hours may not be for everyone. But if you're willing to go the distance, there is a great opportunity for professional development.
