      Great place to start your career if it's your FIRST job out of college...but not great if you're an experienced hire

      1. Brand recognition will open doors for you later 2. Some of the brightest people I've met are here 3. Some of the hardest working people I've met are here 4. Like any company, you can find some friends for life here

      Cons

      1. In the Federal practice in DC, it is totally an ole boy network. If you're not aligned to the right people, there's not much hope for you for career advancement 2. The performance review process is terribly managed. People that slave away at their jobs will receive the same or worse bonus as someone who does the bare minimum just b/c they knew the right people at year end. 3. For a company that excels at delivering HR solutions to its clients, it should apply some of them to their own company 4. They don't really take care of their people. You have to watch out for yourself.

      Globally Deloitte is one of the best institution to work for,the amount of knowledge available and depth of services offered is seconded to non.The chance and opprotunity available by working with Deloitte is very huge

      Cons

      The quality of service and employee welfare varies at each Deloitte office and if one is not opportuned to see from two different sides an employee might draw a conclusion that is not appropriate
