      -Challenging environment allows employees to take on multiple projects and build their core consulting skills -Interesting client work (if you choose your projects right) -Talented core staff

      Cons

      -Employee quality has decreased significantly since the BearingPoint acquisition -High performersare leveraged for multiple firm activities (or, projects outside of client work) and are sometimes taken for granted -Difficulty attaining strong work-life balance with so many required firm activities -Work and responsibilities don't always fit the level anymore

      Pros

      - Relatively transparent management than most other companies I have worked before - If you are ready to work really hard, be prepared to get treated with fast tracking, top projects and salaries that rise exponentially (almost).

      Cons

      - Top management not consistent in terms of skills for their consulting abilities which causes the "fast tracking" of individuals a bit of hit-or-miss. - Management's tendency to often stop promotions of top performers because "others will get disappointed". - Most promotions on top level are more of a political game than to do with actual capabilities.
