Pros
- Collaborative, friendly team culture - Ample opportunities to be involved in firm wide projects and iniatives, even if it doesn't relate to line role - Junior employees were entrusted with high responsibility and workload management
Cons
- No pay equity - huge discrepancy between new employees and those who had remained in the business for a number of years - Performance review process could be too dependent on having a good counselling manager.
