      Pros

      Supportive leadership, collaborative culture, and flexibility around personal needs Good amount of high-level strategy work, if you can get into the right network Strong orientation toward community-building

      Cons

      Very network-oriented in terms of project staffing and performance reviews... Sometimes it feels like it's more about knowing the right people and visibility that how you actually perform on client engagements Because of recent lay-offs, utilization is very high right now. The firm's requirements around producing IP, firm-building activities, and other "extras" are a lot to ask for when we are in a sold-out situation

      If you want to do IT or PMO work post MBA it is a good place to work

      Cons

      There is not enough desire or support to do Strategy work. Everyone is held to a common revenue target

      You can make great friends, but the work sucks.

      Pros

      - The staff are all young, so it's easy to make friends. This is really great, because they make the work bearable - Good training. Industry accounting positions prefer a candidate that worked for one of the Big 4 accounting firms - Lots of PTO (over 20 days a year)

      Cons

      - In the first few years, a lot of the PTO is used to study for CPA - Some managers won't say no to unreasonable deadlines and will make the staff work late hours or on weekends - Scheduling doesn't consider your location (you don't scheduled on clients close to your house and instead have a one hour commute to the client. This is especially difficult when paired with the above con) - Managers will throw the staff under the bus when something goes wrong - Lots of office gossip
