      Bad people- nosey, love to poke nose in others' lives High amount of nepotism- every senior person's spouse gets a meaty role, irrespective of their competence no focus on quality

      Big company, growth, not too hard, good networking skills learned, great for the resume, summer work isnt tought by any means, great internship for any potential future job search.

      Cons

      A bit of a corporate environment might not be ideal for everyone, lots of fake smiles and handshakes with people you can't stand.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for those willing to carve out a unique role. Working with smart, competent and ambitious colleagues makes all the difference. The variety of projects, teams and situations means that it is never boring. And when the project sucks, well you know it's eventually going to change.

      Cons

      Relationships are key. Knowing who to connect with and how to become the "top talent" is far from obvious. The best coaches/mentors are few and far between, and often have a heavy burden of responsibilities. Knowing how to extract the most out of every experience and encounter is a skill that needs to be developed. Overall, it is a hit/miss for most of the staff, and many leave after a few years disillusioned.
