- Competitive pay - Possibility of bonus towards year-end - Many trainings possible for content, but also self-development
Cons
- Team's focus often doesnt matter when projects get assigned, you might land on SAP projects - A lot of politics on senior level, since there is no joint P&L, departments fishing work from other teams (awkward in front of client) - Continuous salary reductions, hardly any benefits e.g. you even pay for own drinks at the Christmas party meanwhile
