Pros

-Big 4 exposure -Workflow/system is almost never down, can get things done

Cons

-Workload is overwhelming -Local colleagues are fine but the overseas colleague that I work with is quite bad. They will never help and you are expected to know everything

Pros

The company name provides initial resume visibility and exposure to international professional standards, which can be a door-opener for future opportunities.

Cons

The compensation structure is precarious. Employees are paid the legal minimum wage and forced to survive on a bimonthly bonus that can be arbitrarily withheld, effectively resulting in months of unpaid labor. Within Risk Advisory, there is no real professional or technical growth, as tasks are strictly limited to filling out administrative memos. Management lacks transparency; performance metrics are never shared, even upon direct request.

Pros

Mostly remote and WFH (need permission to do so outside the US) Pay WellBeing subsidy ($1000 to spend on a 7 page list of different things) A lot of ppl willing to help

Cons

Can be a bit sink or swim culture Utilization targets Finding projects is hard Performance ratings, promotions, and bonuses are solely dependent on snapshots which can leave out a lot of context and heavily sway your career Few managers can have a bit of an attitude and are lowkey rude For a place that puts a lot of emphasis on "owning your career" there are times when you dont have much control Busy season will require a lot of hours working before 8am and past 5pm and potentially some weekend work
