I had a very positive experience working at Deloitte. The exposure you get here is excellent — you’re trusted with real responsibility and meaningful client work early on. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely friendly. Leadership is approachable and sets a strong example, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The learning curve is great. You’re constantly challenged, and the variety of projects helps you grow both technically and professionally at a fast pace. It’s an environment where you can build strong skills, confidence, and a solid foundation for your career.
