I never imagined that I would be posting this . So here it is. The Americans ( the on site people ) may not feel so ,cause that's the way the hierarchy is designed at deloitte. The person working at deloitte regionals other parts of world would work in his own timing of shift when he tries to end his work for the day then the people from onsite gives them calls over to come and work overnight . 0 restrictions for people from onsite. Yes consider two employees A and B , both work onshore employee 'A' and 'b' works for 9 hours a day including break time. Suppose both were asked to do overtime or work on weekends. But employee A could not accommodate this due to his personal life . By the end wat shocked me is the increment, bonus, promotions wat ever they call it are entirely favorable for employee B due to above . That didn't disappoint me but rather gave me a thought to move away from so called big 4 ,considering employee B need to "GET A LIFE"
