* Horrible pension and 401K funding. What's laughable is that they try to
make it sound better than it actually is with 25% matching of 6% of your
salary. Yep 1.5% of your salary. Then pension is age and time based invested
at way below market returns 3.7% or 4 something. Eh!
* Internal investments are important until they are not so be wary of your job
be funded by overhead.
* Their employee evaluation system is irrevocably broken. Metrics can be
wildly skewed depending on who and what programs you're supporting.
