If you've made a good impression, and its time to roll of your project, they will recommend you to their network, making it far easier to land your next project. - Work/Life balance highly depends on your project. You may work a steady 40-45 hours per week on some projects while others will have you fluctuate between a nice 40 hours one week to a stressful 60 hours the following week out of nowhere.
