Pros
Great place to learn. You'll be working with smart, efficient, capable people top to bottom. The resources available to employees are great, and offers a range of clients and required skills. The company promotes great life skills, like meeting new people, communication skills, and are fantastic about training their people. DU is a great experience to both meet new people from across the firm and develop new skills. They're a large company, but what I've seen work in small teams/business units, so you get a flavor of both.
Cons
If your leadership team doesn't know you by name, they only have "numbers," like utilization and participation hours to base your review on. They will let you work as many hours as you let them. During orientation, my instructor said for the past 5 years he hasn't accounted for less than 2500 hours a year, that is an average of more than 48 hrs / every week.
